      Terp Talk features a year end wrap up show this week.  Listen in on the web at www.espn1300.com,  if you are out of the Baltimore area.  Remember the Emerald Bowl this Friday night at 8:30 on ESPN HDTV.  I am going out to San Francisco Thursday and will be blogging during the game.  In other football news, Maryland hired highly coveted Offensive Coordinator James Franklin, who helped mold Kansas State into one of the best offenses in the country.  Franklin signed a 3 year deal and will certainly be a huge asset to the Terps both in coaching and recruiting
