Some observations of another disappointing loss:
Jamarr Robinson looked excellent in defeat. In the series he was in , Jamarr threw 3 on the money bullet passes. He also engineered the last TD drive to close the gap to 19-17.
Torrey Smith finished a brilliant season with a TD reception late in the game.

Observation of another Ravens last second loss:
Ex-Terrapin Jared Gaither dominated All Pro Dwight Freeney —limiting him to 0 sacks.
Harbaugh’s using up 2 timeouts for a challenge possibly cost us the game.
Why did’t Flacco QB sneak again when the ball was on the 1/2 inch line.
Pull out the films from games 1,2 3 . Why [...]

Observations of a Devastating Loss to FSU Today 29-26–Jamarr Might Be QB1 of the Future
November 22nd, 2009 · No Comments
Ouch–8 hours later and this one still stings.
Jamrr Robinson’s stock rose sharply today. He was cool, calm, and sharp today. Jamarr was 20-27 with no interceprions and many pinpoint passes.
Da’Rel Scott was back today and played superb but I can’t understand why he always heads out of bounds and never cuts back.
How many times [...]

I guess I can find something very positive out of this game. Jamarr Robinson was impressive for a guy starting his first game. Watching Georgia Tech and the triple option roll over the ACC, I am left to ponder a triple option offense with Jamarr, Da’Rel, Caleb, Davin, etc. Some observations of a long day [...]

Chris Turner Doubtful For Va Tech, Jamarr Robinson to Start
November 13th, 2009 · No Comments
This is the chance Jamarr has been waiting for. The offense should be very interesting with Robinson and speedster Caleb Porzel in the backfield. On the subject of burning the redshirt of QB Danny O”Brien Ralph said he wouldn’t anticipate playing freshman Danny O’Brien but wouldn’t rule it out if playing O’Brien were necessary to [...]

Some observations of the Terps loss to Nc State.
Chris Turner was having a good day before being injured. He was 12-15 for 135 yards. There has been no update on his availability for the rest of the year.
Considering Jamarr Robinson has virtuall never played before , I thought he turned in a preetg performance. Certainly [...]

“It is stressful, but what’s different about this is maybe these kids are trying too hard, I don’t know. I don’t have any problem with their effort or their attitude. I know they’re disappointed when they turn the ball over, but it just seems to come up. I not only feel bad for us, but [...]

Riley Skinner was throwing to receivers wide open while Chris Turner had to thread the needle constantly.
Gary Douglas was impressive Saturday. By the way the screen passes did work for the Terps.

With the start of the season less then 2 weeks away 3 freshmen are clearly making their mark in preseason practice. I have said it since he originally committed —The breakaway elusive speed of Caleb Porzel will find a way into the lineup this year. Running back Gary Douglas led all backs with 122 yards [...]
