All the talk this week has been about 2 superstars, Aubrey Coleman and of course Greivis but if Houston will make a run at this game it will be #00 Kelvin Lewis who will be the X factor. My guess and believe me it is only a guess, is that the Terrapins’ X factor Sean [...]

Singleton Defensive Player of the Year?–What About Sean Mosley?
March 9th, 2010 · No Comments
I shouldn’t complain on such a great day for Maryland. But I can’t let this one get by me. Chris Singleton did have more rebounds and steals then Sean. But I wish stats were kept for loose balls, taking charges, being in the right place at the right time, and yes plus/minus while on the [...]

More on The Hawk–Haukur Palsson
March 6th, 2010 · 3 Comments
It’s funny that last night on Terp Talk, I stated that I could not believe that the Hawk didn’t commit on Wednesday night. Terrapintimes.com now reports that indeed he did but he just wanted to allow his Coach and high school the honor of hearing it from him. Sounds like Gary’s kind of guy.

24 hours after THE GAME:
Down the wire this was a true team effort. The guy who really stood out was Jordan Williams. It’s unusual for a Freshman to do everything right at crunch time but he did. A put back lay up, tough defense, a blocked shot and making free throws. Every game, Jordan gets [...]

Today It’s About the 410–Mosley Vs Dulaney
February 27th, 2010 · 1 Comment
By now I am sure you read Don Markus‘ column in the Sun. I am not sure why Malcolm decided it was time to diss Maryland but today he better worry about Mr Baltimore Sean Mosley. It is only my guess that Sean will see significant minutes against Dulaney today. Let’s see what happens.

More Thoughts on Terrapin Basketball

Sean Mosley scored 20 points on only 8 shots Wednesday night. It will be interesting to see his offense develop when Greivis and Eric are gone.
Will Adrian Bowie step up next year and control the offense. Certainly the improved play of Cliff Tucker excites all Maryland fans.
Why in the Bracketology sites do most predictions have [...]

Terps To Face Desperate Hokie Squad Saturday at the Castle
February 26th, 2010 · No Comments
Six days ago the Terps and Virginia Tech were tied for 2nd and both were complaining about not being ranked. Oh what a difference a week makes. With 10 conference wins the Terps are no longer part of the bubble discussion. Each win of the final 3 conference games for Maryland will catapult them up [...]

Freshman sensation Derrick Favors enters Comcast today for the 1st and perhaps last time along with the rest of the Georgia Tech Yellowjackets. What to look for today.
Sean Mosley will come out firing. According to the Sun’s Jeff Barker, Sean has been taking extra shooting practice. My own opinion is that he is not looking [...]
