Scott, Backups Lead Terps to 42-35 Win Over Nevada To Capture Humanitarian Bowl

        All ACC running back Da’Rel Scott came off the bench in the 2nd half to lead the Terps to victory.  Scott was one of 7 Terrapins suspended from starting due to curfew viloations.  Morgan Greene, Adrian Cannon and Ronnie Tyler, all starting for their first time, each scored TD’s to lead the Terps to a 28-14 halftime lead. The Terps defense held the most prolific rushing attack in the country to 114 yards. The Terps finish at 8-5 for the year and the ACC moves to 3-3 so far in the bowls.

      Greivis scored 17 points and added 8 assists to lead Maryland to a 76-50 win over Elon. The Terps are now 10-2 with 2 more non conference tests against Charlotte and Morgan before starting the ACC season next Saturday afternoon against Georgia Tech at Comcast.

     Kristi Tolliver returned from a one game suspension to score 24 points with 8 assists leading the #15 Terps to a 80-73 win over Mississippi State.
