Yes that was Justin Anderson throwing in 2 howitzers in the first quarter. Where is his weakness? He is only 16 with another year of development under Stu Vetter. The more I watch the more I like. 2012–with Peshon, Stoglin, Faust and Gibbs in the backcourt—Padgett,Breunig and Anderson–Bring it on.
Again there are so many positives about Michael carrers. Plus he really wants to come to Maryland. hard to pass on!!!!

carrerra is a tough call. only 6-6 and not athletic. 6-6 for h.s. to play down on the blocks is fine but in college you find much bigger athletic guys with skills playing down low.

I went to both games and about to go to the final today. As an alum of both Montrose and UMD it was very exciting to see the stangs play. Especially to preview Justin Anderson. He is a beast & very very talented. If Carrerra plus Anderson happens for the Terps that GV passion for the game will be back in full force for the Terps!

I agree with Freddy on Carrerra concerning his size. He needs to develop at least a midrange game to be effective in college. However, I like the kid’s motor and his passion. Anderson is a flat out star. Nice looking jumper that he should be able to get off over pretty much everyone with his leaping ability. Obviously a sick athlete as well. He’d make an immediate impact.
