Let me start off by saying I believe we are fortunate to have maybe the best owner in sports in Steve Bisciotti. He has held tickets prices somewhat in check, he spares no expense to make the Ravens the best team he can, he is a great supporter of the University of Maryland, he continues to prevent Jimmy Irsay from buying Colts memorabilia, and most important though extremely wealthy he is a down to earth Baltimore type guy!!
However here are my questions:
Why do we have to pay for a season that might never happen?
What if the strike settles and the Ravens look nothing like the great team I think they are now?
What if the owners break the union and start over ? Do I not have the right to reject a water downed game?
What if the season is shortened to a meaningless 8 game season? Why do I have to go?
Here’s the problem, there cannot be a fan protest because if we do not renew we lose our investment in the PSLs. Is it the purpose of ownership to have the fans over a barrel? I hardly believe that our great owner can be happy with this situation. There is no bigger fan than Steve Bisciotti.

i’m going to say the the ravens owner is happy about things in general. you send him the money now, months before the season starts and he collects interest. let’s say season tickets are $1,000 times 60,000 season tickets equals. 60 million dollars. yep i would say the owner likes it the way it is. not real hard to figure it out.
