I was extremely lucky to be at what some call the Greatest Fight ever–Ali Frazier I at Madison Square Garden on March 8, 1971. Mike Switwenbaum (Switz) came up with tickets from his Dad and though we sat in the last row of the upper deck, I can still vividly the shock when Ali went down in the 15th from a thunderous left hook. As he will receive in every fight arena the next few months, I will honor Joe with the 10 bell salute on my shows. We have lost a great champion.
