Some observations at the Terrapin game
John Auslander is 3-3 from the field and has played very solid
Sam Cassell is in the house—hmmmmmmmm
Coach Turgeon was pretty animated early on as the Terps struggled to score
Faust was 1-7 Stogs 3-8. Mosley 2-4. Combined 18 points
Florida Gulf Coast is coached by shooting guru Andy Enfield. They were 1-8 from the 3 point line and 2-5 at the foul line
The Terps have exploded out in the first 4 minutes of the 2nd half led by James Padgett. They are up 43-30 after Nick’s 2nd flying dunk of the night.
52-38 at the 12 minute mark -Stoglin leads the way with 17
The Terps have somewhat been troubled by the full court press as the lead is down to 7 with 5 minutes left. 61-54 Padge and Faust combine forna couplemof buckets to stretch the lead to 66-55 with 4 minutes left.

The Terps are holding on for dear life 69-64 with 1:19 left. Faust is a pretty heady kid for a freshman.
Despite some horrendous foul shooting by the Terps, 21-36 they hold on to a 73-67 win. Much more tomorrow morning on Terp Talk.
