Everyone is Bashing the Ravens But Guess What the Ravens are 5-1

Listening to the pundits last night –all I heard was how bad the Ravens D is and how much trouble we are in for next week. Then I watched Rodgers thoroughly take apart Houston. So here is the bottom line, he Ravens rush defense is pathetic—the dline and linebackers are getting pushed aroundby the likes of Kansas City, Cleveland, and now Dallas. But the Ravens are 5-1 and they are not operating on all cylinders.

#52 may be out for the rest of the season and #21 is definitely out. Remember the Ravens were 4-0 last year without Ray.

Jacoby Jones might have had a bad game against the Ravens last year. But he is no Lee Evans. What a kickoff return today? It was even longer then the 100 yd Kickoff return by Stefon Diggs.

Buck Showalter walked out with the Captains for the coin toss and received a rousing welcome. Why it took 17 years for our 2 marquis teams to salute each other I will never understand.

JOE FLACCO WAS SIMPLY MAGNIFICENT IN THE DRIVES HE ENGINEERED. HIS QB RATING WAS 106.

The Cowboys rushed for 237 yards and held possession for 4o minutes. Only 13 stupid penalties brought them down.

Dez Bryant caught 13 passes for 95 yards and 2 TDs but clearly missed the game tying 2 point conversion.

5-1 Houston is our opponent next week and if you think we don’t have a chance read the first paragraph.

Previously perfect Dan Bailey, must have kicked the final FG attempt 75 yards but no uprights –no style points.

Ravens are 5-1 so you feel there is no justification for concern and criticism?
This is without a doubt the end of the Lewis/Reed era. Great run, but fini.
Unfortunately their replacements are either not ready or not on ths roster.
Beyond pathetic performance against an unimpressuve heretofore Cowboy line.
It really should be desperation time for the D, but circumstances have overshadowed the obvious, and resulted in a miraculous won lost record, given the toughest of schedules already and to come.

What originally appeared to be an impossible schedule, now seems much less so.
The combined record of the Ravens opponents this season so far, stands at 13/22, with the best record being 3-3.
So just maybe our record is eschew as a result of league ineptness rather than Raven proficiency ?
