This isn’t a complete schedule, a few “event” games are missing:
For the most part the Terps will have good coverage this season. BTN will still broadcast most games nationally, meaning that no matter where in the nation you are, you can always watch the Terps online. There are some oddities on the schedule this season, back-to-back mid major games are being broadcast on major cable (Fairleigh Dickinson on ESPN U and UMBC on FS1). The biggest story here is that of the 18 Big Ten games on the schedule, 11 are on networks that aren’t BTN. This is because of the major deal FS1 signed with the Big Ten last year, and it is great news for the Terps.
The highlights of the schedule are no doubt the CBS 1pm Sunday bouts (considered the best spot in college basketball) on back to back weekends. Those games are vs the projected top 5 Michigan State and projected top 25 Wisconsin, both at home. Overall this is the best TV exposure the Terps have had in recent memory, solidifying us as one of the primer programs in college basketball.
