The Maryland Terrapins secured their third win in four days, as they took down the Nebraska Cornhuskers for the second straight night 79-71. Junior guards Aaron Wiggins and Eric Ayala led the way with 22 and a career-high 24 points respectively. Maryland (13-10 ; 7-9) is building up a head of steam and beginning to set themselves up nicely to secure an NCAA tournament bid.

A strong first 14 minutes during which they built a six point lead against the fourth ranked Ohio State Buckeyes turned into an ugly final 26 minutes for the Maryland Terrapins who fell by a final score of 73-65 to the Buckeyes in College Park Monday night. The Buckeyes were explosive from beyond the arc with eight of their 10 threes coming in the first half when they shot 50 percent from long range.

Maryland walked into Crisler Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan looking for their third win against a ranked team on the road this season. They walked out with a second loss to the No. 7 Michigan Wolverines 87-63. While the game was as lopsided as the score indicates, Michigan won the game in almost a completely opposite manner from the first contest.

A solid eight minute start, quickly spiraled out of control for the Maryland Terrapins as they fell at home to the Iowa Hawkeyes 89-67. With both teams struggling to find the basket, the Indiana Hoosiers defeated the Maryland Terrapins 63-55 Monday night in Bloomington. Indiana sophomore forward Trayce Jackson-Davis led the Hoosiers with 22 points mainly by dominating the paint in the second half.
