You know that every home game at XFinity, in the back middle row sat 8 to 20 NBA scouts. I’m not sure why after last night’s draft. I am shocked that Diamond fell not only to the 2nd round but down to #40. With no guaranteed contract, it could be a chore for him to make a Clipper team that already has Blake Griffin, DeAndre Jordan and Cole Aldrich. I really though the lowest he would fall to would be … Read More »

Jaylen Brantley and Jared Nickens –
I was bewildered by this decision. Why hire an agent until you have been evaluated by the NBA. It’s a fait accompli. Look, I only hope the best for him, just like I would for any Terrapin leaving early, or staying full term. So what could this mean–perhaps Turge will have to replace an entire starting lineup.
Diamond Stone as a projected 1st rounder will probably be gone according to most that I have talked to. Melo will be going … Read More »
After the Terps defeated UNC in lacrosse, Bruce and Wayne talk about the end of the hoops season and next year.
A 79-63 loss to Kansas ends the season in the Sweet Sixteen for the Terps.
It’s Maryland, so of course the fans can be disappointed with “only” a Sweet Sixteen appearance. Even though the Terps have not been this far in the NCAA tournament since 2003. The game still carries the weight of the great expectations formed in the late summer and fall of 2015 when it looked like Maryland had Final Four talent.
On Thursday night in Louisville, from … Read More »
