Kenny “The Jet” Johnson Picks Maryland to be in Final Four—that’s pretty good IMO

The Terps avoided Kentucky who was a #4 seed.

Maryland is a 8 1/2 point favorite against its 1st opponent South Dakota State Friday at 430

The Terps are in the South Regional and should they survive the 1sr 2 rounds their opponent most likely would be Kansas, the #1 seed.

Jake was incredible finishing with 26 points inc 6 treys

Melo is back–6-8 from the fiel, 7 rebounds, 8 assists

Diamond 23 points, 8 rebounds— awesome

3rd game in 3 days for Nebraska, it showed

Michigan State is up next at 330 Saturday–a lot is on the line for both teams

Terps finish 12-6 in Conference and earn the 3rd seed.

1st Game is Friday night at 9 most likely against Wisconsin

Offensively the Terps seemed way out of sync. However, it is clear Melo is starting to play much better–Good sign

Dodd–11 minutes 0 points 3 rebounds, invisible

Nickens—0-5 —o points 2 rebounds –not much to say

Melo—17 pts–3 treys, 4 rebounds 3 assists

Junior Shatori Walker-Kimbrough scored 19 points and No. 5 Maryland beat No. 19 Michigan State, 60-44, on Sunday night to win the Terps’ second-straight Big Ten Tournament Championship.

Walker-Kimbrough added 10 rebounds. Junior Brionna Jones notched 10 points, 14 boards and six steals while senior Brene Moseley scored 10 points and dished six assists.

Walker-Kimbrough and Jones were named to the all-tournament team and Walker-Kimbrough was named the tournament’s Most Outstanding Player.
