The DMV to UMD movement can’t be stopped! The Terps have grabbed their 6th DMV recruit over the last twenty days, and the second one in the last nine from DC powerhouse Woodson High School. Our latest get is defensive back Noah Boykin, yet another three-star. Boykin is highly ranked for a three-star, placing in the top 500 in total player composite rankings. Last night Walt Bell tweeted a familiar GIF featuring the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles yelling “cowabunga!” in celebration. Terp fans it’s finally happening, what we have been promised for so long, is finely here. The day that the top local talent of the area is coming to College Park to play football. The most recent 4-star commit is Jaylan Duncan, an Offensive Linemen from St. Frances Academy in Baltimore. Duncan is the 9th commit of the 2018 class, and the 3rd four-star recruit to commit according to 24/7 sports.

Maryland football’s schedule continues to come together as the home opener against Towson will be played at noon on Saturday 9/9. The game will air on BTN, most likely regionally. This would mean in the Mid-Atlantic region the game will be on TV, however if you want to catch the game elsewhere you will have to watch on BTN2GO online. He was on the Jets minicamp squad but left without on a contract after camp had ended. Demus is a local kid from Friendship Academy (DC) and another addition to the “DMV to UMD” push spearhead by defensive backs coach Aazaar Abdul-Rahim.
