Junior George Campbell scored the game-winning goal in double overtime to lift top-seeded Maryland to a 3-2 win against No. 8 seed Michigan Sunday in the quarterfinal round of the 2016 Big Ten Men’s Soccer Championship.

Senior Suli Dainkeh’s goal with 1:01 remaining in double overtime completed a valiant comeback on Sunday as the No. 1 Maryland men’s soccer team capped its undefeated regular season with a win at Michigan, 3-2.

– Aaron Franco scored a goal in the 85th and the defense played an integral role as the No. 4-ranked Maryland men’s soccer team topped Navy, 1-0, in the team’s second exhibition match Wednesday night.
Franco’s 25-yard blast to Navy keeper Mac Burke solidified a statistically-dominant Terrapin effort as Maryland outshot the Midshipmen, 16-3, for the match.

I have been hearing that Dan Mullen, head coach of Mississippi State, is the leading choice to be the next football coach at Maryland. I would be happy enough if this comes to be true.
I would take Mullen over many of the others because he has great experience in the SEC. He has taken a lower division school and made them very relevant in a great football conference.

COLUMBUS, Ohio – No. 3 seed Maryland upended top-seed Ohio State, 2-0, en route to its fourth-straight conference tournament title Sunday in the 2015 Big Ten Conference Men’s Soccer Championship at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium.
Freshman Eryk Williamson and senior Tsubasa Endoh both netted goals for Maryland (10-5-5) which won its 32nd league championship and its eighth tournament crown. The win snapped a nine-game winning streak for Ohio State (13-6-2).
