I will never understand how a team with Super Bowl aspirations could allow an unproven rookie, Tyrod Taylor, to be in the backup position. Sunday against Houston the offensive line allowed #5 to absorb a brutal beating. Flacco is not Superman. if this isn’t straightened out soon all the promise will turn to sorrow if Joe gets hurt. What am I missing here?
Observations on a beautiful fall day at M&T:
Listening to the post game talk shows , I am still bewildered by the constant harping about Flacco. Keep it up and the fans will run #5 out of town. His protection in the first half was pathetic. What kind of offensive line allows free runs at their QB’s blind side. well the left side sure did!!!
Flacco’s pass to Boldin was a thing of beauty. His pass to Torrey was a … Read More »

Saturday afternoon I had the privilege of watching about a half hour of warmups at the Maryland Temple game with the most knowledgeable football expert I know –Bruce Laird. The subject of Torrey Smith cane up. I said to Bruce, I don’t understand why Torrey has not been utilized at all. I don’t know anything about pass routes but I do know that Torrey was an extremely consistent deep reciver for the Terps. Many of the passes he caught were … Read More »
Still trying to figure out why we kicked that field goal last Sunday.
Can’t understand why we can’t run the no huddle.
It’s time for Torrey Smith to step up or LaQuan, or Tandon , or someone in the receiving corps. Running #27 20 times and checking down to him 10 isn’t going to get the job done anymore. And it will shorten Ray’s career.
We are faster, stronger, and better then this team. Remember Harbaugh has won 17 road … Read More »

I was listening to Redskin great John Riggins after the Ravens Steelers game and his comment was that Ngata absolutely shuts down an attack up the middle against the Ravens. This was a must signing in an otherwise bleary week for the purple.
