Okay our great city and my great University have suffered some horrendous losses in my lifetime. My take on the Ravens game on Sunday and  the Flacco-Reed situation

Radio Shows, Ravens

I usually hate the No Respect game but dammit I am confounded how the ESPN geniuses are giving the Ravens no chance. Maybe the Ravens shouldn’t even bother to show up on Sunday. The Ravens are a 7 1/2 point underdog? Have they ever been a 7 point underdog in the past few years?

They held Brady to just 198 passing yards and sacked him three times.

Surprisingly, the two teams that had the best games against New … Read More »

Some thoughts 7 hours after the game:

Where are the Ed Reed naysayers now? What a tremendous game for #20. He just seems so physically susceptible. Ed was in the right place almost every crucial play. Apparently, his injury on the last play of the game was nothing serious. “Ed Reed is one of the greatest safeties to ever play this game.”—Ray Lewis

Houston has enjoyed a breakthrough season capturing its first ever division title despite losing 12 players for the season, including its first two quarterbacks. It’s too much to ask the Texans to go on the road – with a third-string rookie quarterback – and beat playoff-tested Baltimore and its elite defense. Never before in their 10- year franchise history have the Texans won a playoff road game. Heck, they’ve never even played in a postseason road matchup. Baltimore is 18-1 … Read More »
