When the ink is on the 3 LOIs (Letter of Intent), the near future of Terrapin basketball will be secure!!! Add the remainders of this year’s squad and Maryland should be able to challenge for an ACC Title next year.
The winner of that game will face the Cuse-Richmond victor on Sunday.
I was extremely lucky to be at what some call the Greatest Fight ever–Ali Frazier I at Madison Square Garden on March 8, 1971. Mike Switwenbaum (Switz) came up with tickets from his Dad and though we sat in the last row of the upper deck, I can still vividly the shock when Ali went down in the 15th from a thunderous left hook. As he will receive in every fight arena the next few months, I will honor Joe … Read More »
I am as hard on our teams as anyone, and I’ve never seen what anyone has against Flacco.
Look at his home stats. Amazing. He has won more games than any other QB since he’s been in the league.

Just great coverage on the deuce—Ben Lamb was both the recipient and deiverer of bad beats last night as the Poker Player of the Year chases the title every poker pro dreams of. The finals willbe televised live ( 15 minute delay) on Tuesday night on ESPN at 9PM.
The quote is from John Harbaugh post game. I have bashed and complained about Joe over the past years but not tonight. He was miraculous in the final 2 minute drive. Pass after pass were on the money. After drops by Torrey and Anquan, he went back to Torrey for the winning touchdown and a 23-20 victory.
It’s incredible that 2 of the key receivers on this team are Torrey and LaQuan Williams, also a Terrapin. This was not one … Read More »
