Stefon, there is nothing as good as staying in your home state and becoming a legend. Undoubtedly this will happen during a career at Maryland. You have already made your mark at Good Counsel. Speculation will finally end Friday night. Terrapin nation can only hope Stefon decides to stay at home and become a legend in the state.
The students were awesome Satyrday–seranading Diggs all day. I have never witnessed anything like that for a football recruit but Stefon Diggs is more then just a recruit –he is a game changer. With Florida and Urban Meyer the man in competition, I am just hoping that Mack Brown and Lane Kiffin do not make a late play.
The announcement will come February 10 on ESPNU. Stefon will be paying an official visit to Maryland this week. I am sure Maryland will treat him royally. All that can be done will have been done. The clock is ticking on the decision of perhaps the #1 game changer in the country.
This is according to terrapin times.com. For Maryland this would be along with his teammates Wes Brown and Mike Maderas from Good Counsel, one of most important commits it has had in a decade. For Florida it’s just another 5 Star.
